Dr. Joe Clarino

After a college career in football, Dr. Joe realized that his body and health wouldn’t have made it through the physical battles on and off the field without the chiropractic care he’d been receiving regularly since he was 12 years old. After graduating from Towson State College, Dr. Joe’s strong passion for chiropractic led him to Life University in Marietta, GA, where he met his wife, Dr. Deb Cirone.
Several years into practicing chiropractic at their large family practice in Sugar Hill, Dr. Joe was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. Rather than turning to medication for temporary relief, he leaned into his faith and his deep knowledge of how the human body functions and heals.
Through relentless research, training, and care from other functional medicine doctors, Dr. Joe embarked on a new path—transforming his life from one of pain and disease to one of health, freedom, and inspiration like he never imagined.
Since then, Dr. Joe has guided countless others on their journey from pain to optimal health as an expert in cellular healing. He continues to share his expertise, showing everyone how they can achieve their best health, regardless of where they are starting.
Dr. Deb Cirone
Chiropractor & Co-Owner
Dr. Deb comes from a large family of chiropractors. Having been adjusted since birth, she experienced firsthand chiropractic’s ability to enable the body to heal naturally, without the use of drugs or surgery. This led her to pursue her own dreams of becoming a chiropractor. Dr. Cirone met Dr. Joe Clarino, her future husband, in high school, and they both graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA, in 1998. Dr. Cirone then pursued a Fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Following a strong calling from God, they decided to establish their practice in Sugar Hill, GA, in 1999, against all odds. Since then, their family practice has consistently thrived.

Dr. Brandon Faieta
Chiropractor
Dr. Brandon Faieta graduated from Life University’s Doctorate program in June 2020. Before beginning his chiropractic journey, he attended West Virginia University (Go ‘Eers!) for his BS in Exercise Physiology. During his senior year at WVU, he worked as an exercise physiologist in a local physical therapist’s office as well as for WVU medicine.
Dr. Brandon always knew he was called to serve and help others, and this is what primarily drove him to health care. After shadowing several chiropractors, he fell in love with the philosophy that we all have a powerful innate intelligence given to us by God that allows the body to heal itself from the inside out when free of interference.
Later, his driving force and his “why” was fueled after learning that chiropractic care can have a major impact on scoliotic patients since his sister suffered from scoliosis at a young age and had three rods surgically placed in her back. At the time, they were unaware of the benefits chiropractic could have prior to the surgery. His mission is to serve his community, help the increasing numbers of those searching for alternative conservative options–like his sister, and continue to spread his knowledge and love for chiropractic to others.
When Dr. Brandon is not in the office, you will most likely find him relaxing at a local coffee shop, playing spike ball, or spending time outdoors with his wife Dr. Shaleigh and their two cavapoo puppies Cannoli and Lupo.
Dr. Shaleigh Faieta
Chiropractor
Dr. Shaleigh is originally from Pennsylvania and has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She was very fortunate to have discovered chiropractic when she was just 10 years old. This happened when her dad took her to a chiropractor due to pain in her hip from being a dancer and a cheerleader. After her hip pain had improved, she continued to see her chiropractor for wellness care and was injury-free throughout middle school, high school, and even as a college cheerleader.
Dr. Shaleigh attended West Virginia University and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Having a passion for science, helping people and the functions of the human body, her psychology degree was just the beginning of her education. She decided to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at East Carolina University. During this time, she began conducting research in holistic alternatives to medication and chiropractic became a large area of focus in her studies. Following graduation, Dr. Shaleigh moved to Atlanta Georgia where she decided to continue her education by pursuing her doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University. During her doctorate studies, Dr. Shaleigh worked as an assistant cheerleading coach at Life University and was very involved in chiropractic research. She completed a research study prior to graduation in which she looked at the correlation between chiropractic care and drug addiction recovery. She continues to work on the publication of this study and plans to further her research in the field of chiropractic in the future.
Dr. Shaleigh is fueled by her passion of helping people learn to lead healthier lives through holistic healthcare. Her desire is to not just help people individually, but to help impact whole families for generations to come. This desire stems from her long family history of unhealthy lifestyles and prevalence of disease. Dr. Shaleigh has made it her mission to be proactive about her own health and to teach others to do the same. Outside of serving at AlignLife Sugar Hill you can find Dr. Shaleigh playing with her two puppies, Cannoli & Lupo or spending time working out and exploring Georgia with her husband, Dr. Brandon.
Dr. Dustin Biggerstaff
Chiropractor
Dr. Dustin “Biggs” Biggerstaff earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University, driven by a passion to serve others through natural, conservative care. Before beginning his chiropractic journey, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and then served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an Amphibious Reconnaissance Marine. During his time in the military, he developed a deep understanding of the body’s limits, potential, and capacity to heal when given the proper support.
After suffering a traumatic injury that resulted in the loss of vision in one eye, Dr. Biggs experienced firsthand the frustration of feeling overlooked by traditional healthcare. That pivotal moment inspired his pursuit of chiropractic—a field that emphasizes the body’s innate intelligence and its ability to recover when interference is removed.
His mission today is simple but powerful: to help others reclaim their health, restore their strength, and return to doing what they love—without relying on surgery or medication. As a veteran, athlete, and healthcare provider, Dr. Biggs is especially passionate about working with active individuals, military families, and anyone seeking a functional, holistic approach to healing.
When he’s not serving patients at AlignLife of Sugar Hill, you can find Dr. Biggs training for his next marathon, volunteering with nonprofit organizations, or spending quality time with his wife Bri, two children Breyden and Nevaeh, and dogs.
